Anything above 400 ng/dl. You'll only notice the difference between the anabolic effects of testosterone when you are at supraphysiological levels otherwise someone with 600 ng/dl and 1000 ng/dl will make similar gains. It's legit for low inhib and cognitive function tho.

The ideal testosterone levels for building muscle efficiently can vary depending on various factors, including age, sex, and individual physiology. Testosterone is an important hormone involved in muscle development and maintenance, but it's essential to note that other factors like diet, exercise, and overall lifestyle also play significant roles in muscle growth. I guess you already know the latter, little boy.

In general, higher testosterone levels within the normal physiological range may have a positive impact on muscle building. However, it's important to maintain a healthy balance and avoid artificially manipulating hormone levels without proper medical guidance. Natural methods such as regular resistance training, adequate sleep, a balanced diet, and managing stress levels can all contribute to optimizing muscle growth potential.

Are there any other factors other than t that influence how fast you make gains?

LOL. Only free T and androgen receptor sensitivity and density matter. And the more the better. T is pretty much linearly correlated to muscle gain up until a certain extent (500ish mg?) when it starts to taper off.
