What tape to use when sleeping

ive been using micropore tape for some weeks when sleeping but it’s tearing skin off when i take it off. what can i do

i just use bandaids lol
i tried some tape from amazon but caused inflammation around my lip + heat spots (was obviously not circulating air to my skin correctly)

but i use bandaids now and they work well lol
