It's called carotenemia. a harmless yellow-orange tint of the skin (often most noticeable on the palms/soles) from taking in a lot of β-carotene or other carotenoids. It doesn’t affect the whites of the eyes (if your sclera are yellow, that’s different - get urgent care).
