I heard doing midface young is a bad idea, but this one is apparently the least invasive.

I don’t agree is like canthopexy some surgeon put it under the name canthoplasty to avoid legal issue if there is any complications.

I would say for my case what I’m going for midface lift for sclera show is proceeded a lot .

Even taban publish a "studie" that midface lift made better result if you have a mild sclera show than spacer graft because spacer graft gave you that permanent squint look .

Mid lift is did a lot is under the eyelid retraction umbrella . I can send you the documents of taban if you want ?

And again the lift im really going for don’t really is perform for radical change . And is not enough game changing to have a weird look .I’ve seen result of a lot of young with this lift like 23 years old .
