Fat could be one reason.
Outside of that, it's muscle or bone that supports it.

It's probably some bone but mostly fat it seems to me.

Wouldn't bug eyes be fixed with just the implants though? For example this guy seems like he had bug eyes in the before:

Depends on person to person, there is no one size fits all, most would do fine with just the implants, some def need an orbital decomp

I've searched for this for so long yet I can't find a definitive answer, what actually causes it? Just lack of undereye support? Lack of sunlight exposure not engaging the squinting muscles? What is it?

negative orbital vector is literally the only thing.
