What the fuck do I even have (short face+ downgrowth?)

I am asking because from the front my jaw looks narrow and short and from the side it's also short but downswung, I know it's not my ramus or gonions Because when I tilt my head slightly up suddenly I have a ramus and I have a wide jaw and when I took a picture of my mandible from under I don't have shitty gonions so my theory is that I have a fucked up kind of recession where my true jaw is hidden and recessed and my maxilla is somewhat Arched too, the image of the skull is how I imagine I would look like under an X-ray (I have deepbite can't even see my lower teeth when smiling and when I smile like an autist I only see half of them)

Do I need CCW, CW or just advancement ? I don't know anymore because I heard CCW makes your face more compact which would make me worse, CW would give me more downgrowth and when I just advance myself on morphs I look like an elf

I don't get it why people on this forum want surgery but don't even know what they are talking about.

If he ever told a surgeon this i would 100% think he'll get them a referral do a psychologist.

It's a normal profile the chin is behind but in terms of jaw surgery I don't see a need for it. Not everyone can achieve a Josh McGregor side profile via surgery.

If @MrMatumbo could provide an image of his smile (social smile - example being for a group photo with friends not crazy smile) or any info on any orthodontic procedure he may have had then I could give more insight but that's as far as it goes without a scan.

The reason I'm bluepilled when it comes to surgery is because most people in this community have no clue about the limits and movements of them and how to achieve an aesthetic result.

The camera (lens distortion) literally makes or breaks on how you look, it can lead to severe BDD (OP's case), sometimes taking photos from afar isn't the best case and won't simulate your real looks (if a bad phone camera), people should just rely on the mirror more irl and analyze, not a hard thing to do.
