If you dont see results then you are not doing enough, I dont know your diet or routine but obviously there is something wrong if you arent getting any bigger. Your face is going to stay fat though unless you drop to an extremely low body fat regardless of how much exercise you do or weight you lift

Bruh I'm genuinely scared I can not cut. I've been cutting for the past two years and stayed the exact same. I'm scared I'll build all the muscle and piss it away trying to cut like I did last time I built hella muscle

What are you talking about? Why are you cutting when you're so skinny? It doesn't make any sense, you need to bulk up and eat 500+ over your maintenence, 3000 cals around there. Cutting is easy, if you need help i can help you

Basically, I bulked up in 8th grade. Life was good my face was a little too chubby. I tried cutting and couldn't lose the fat. Lost all my muscle which then drove me to go crazy and diet for two years and get no where
 
2-4 years of natty gymcelling with best training diet and rest

Malnourished tier calories. 1500 give or take, I'd eat then probably binge it all back cause I was malnourished.


No clue for protein
 
What is good diet to you?
High carb and high protein and little fat.(build muscle)

And when you cut slowly eat less carbs. And reduce total calories. Carbs and protein needed to build muscle but carbs bloat you as well

U can get 5 ib of lean mass a month if you are late teens from my experience with push pull legs.

I'll keep that in mind for the next one. Right now I just gotta worry on bloatmaxxing

And 1500 is too low for a 6'1 teen so I fucked up there too
