What the fuck is wrong with my fat pads

I have a positive orbital vector but I got death tier fat pads so it looks like mine are severely recessed anyways What the fuck is even the point of having projected infras when your fat pads are just gonna fuck everything up about your eyes and make you look like you haven't slept in 3 days
The plan is to get fillers but I'm gonna have to stay looking like an insomniac zombie till I can save up for it
