My frame is absolutely terrible, will it improve with age? In general, what do you think is the importance of frame size? If not, will it be enough if I just bulk up?

lean bulk, spam shoulder excercises, lateral raises, a good diet with alot of protein. train your ass off in the gym, then lean down and enjoy
