Pretty much. Only fix is OBO + Bizygo & Temporal shaving, which are obviously risky & expensive. If your temples are VERY wide then you're pretty much fucked because you can only shave a few mm off the frontal & parietal bones before you make the bone too thin & unstable which is obviously really dangerous. Frauding with big thick hair is really the only option.

Although, it is possible that some width could be due to a hypertrophied temporalis muscle which Botox can fix. though, this wouldn't really effect the bizygo, only the posterior temporal area; The ESR would stay the same.

For Charlie's case, it was a combo of narrow IPD and a massive wide bobblehead skull. His IPD was 60mm, which is around the 10th percentile, and bizygo 152mm, around the 95th (also not to mention his temples extend ever wider than that). Too put that into perspective, Gandy has a 68mm IPD and a 144mm Bizygo. He's 8mm off in both categories, Really fucking brutal. His wide forehead also doesn't help.

His ESR is 0.40, a measly 1 point above Marko Jaric's 0.39. Cooked.

yo my temporalis muscles are obviously not as extreme as kirks but theyre wider than my zygos which I feel like is really rare. I‘ve been chewing hard gum for bigger massetters which really makes my jaw wider and boosts my appearance but it also makes my temporalis bigger. so should I stop chewing the hard gun even tho its kinda saves my jaw?
