I'm not going to promote surgeons and designers publicly cause I don't want to be a promotion machine. People can ask my opinion through pm though.

As I have traveled to different countries for cosmetic surgery and met alot of surgeons, I possess some knowledge.

What I want to say though is: the design and plan are the most important. Apart from that, you have the surgeon, the service, care and aftercare, and the price. Price in Europe is too high for the service and care you get.

I'm not going to say he has bad aesethic eye but it's a factory there. He takes up so many patients. He probably lets alot of his assistents do the work, having so many patients, who make huge mistakes cause they've got to learn. Also, the hygene in India is just terrible, so I would not recommend it.

So, instead of me getting the same questions through pm, maybe it's better to drop names once and for all.

So, a couple of things first:

- No matter how good and accurate the planning is, there is never a guarantee to get optimal results. All surgeons have good results, all surgeons have bad results too. Clavicular planned his procedure meticulously. He thought he was in full control. In my opinion, he lost masculinity and I don't think his nosejob is the best he could get. But maybe we'll have to see till swelling is completely gone.

- It's about reducing the margin of error. Some people appearently are too lazy or too scared (which I understand), they only send pics to the designer and never meet him in person. I don' think that's a good idea. Imo the designer needs to see someone in real life too, to get a full picture. CT scan is one thing, but soft tissue plays a role too. Some don't even take time to have a videocall. Could work out, but not so smart.

- When it comes to the designer, it's very important to both fully agree on the design and to communicate exactly what you want. A random morph is not enough. The morph needs to be translated into the actual design.

- Some people just don't see their biggest flaws. That's another problem. They are extremely focused on one area, totally missing their biggest flaw. I've been through that myself, and I've seen that many times in the past when I was on other forums, so I know. Some surgeons will say: you don't really need this shit, but okay,, if you want it that much, put the money on the table and I'll do it for you. They'll still walk around with a big flaw on another area of the face.

- Most surgeons are very busy (or lazy). They don't have alot of time. They are good executors but not always good designers. Some are both. Yaremchuck was a good surgeon and a good designer. Unfortunately, he's retired. So it's best to seperate the two things. Like in soccer, you have good strikers and good defenders, each with his own expertise. It's better to go through a designer first, who matches you with the right surgeon or maxillofacial expert.

- The service: having been to different countries, I can say the service in countries like Colombia and Mexico is unmatched. Most of the time, the service in western countries is bad. Bad care and aftercare. Many times, they rush through the process. Also, generally: the more demand a surgeon has, the less value you'll have (basic logic). I'm not latin american, I'm from Europe. I'm just telling it based on own expertise. There are different companies and designers. You have Giant of course (we still don't know alot of his results). I once contacted a design company in France (forgot name). You also have facialnexus.com, who work with the top maxillofacial experts and surgeons in Mexico and Colombia. They also work with two professional designers. They work for surgeons and hospitals and I think also fabricate implants themselves, so I guess they don't do alot of marketing, or don't need to do. I think only recently they began to focus on consumers too.

The consumer market is growing since all the looksmaxxing shit went mainstream.

I personally had a chronic periodic swelling problem with my previous PEEK implants, so I needed to take the risk of changing my implants for another PEEK material, which will hopefully not give me swelling anymore (but yeah aren't we all guinea pigs anyway?).

Bonus info: last time I talked with a designer, he told me his female patients are far easier than his male patients. They are quickly satisfied. Maybe it has to do with the extreme pressure on males and huge competition among males nowadays, I don't know. The bar has been raised every year for the last couple of years. Women are used to seeing chad everywhere. But, if you are satisfied for - let's say 90 percent - I wouldn't take the risk to change it again. I once did that, had an infection afterwards, and when redoing it, they cut the nerve under the chin and all went to shit, and I had to redo it to come closer to my peak but never reached my peak anymore, which doesn't really matter now cause I had to swallow the agepill anyway and went through the event horizon.

So yeah, everything you win in life, you'll lose it sooner or later, and you'll feel the pain and suffering every day. And the more you win, the more pain you'll feel once you lose it.
