What to do about the malar fat pads? Malar lift? Collagen?

Looking for the opinions of more experienced autists here. Have some unsupported malar fat pads that should be sitting on my cheekbones but instead sit under. My issue is definitely not structural as my skull is rather blessed by and autism (god bless the lottery), and my only issue appears to be improper placement of the malar pad. Has anyone had any experience with malar lifts or malar pad lifts? I know people sometimes recommend to wait until their late 20s to early 30s to get work on deep fat pads due to them changing with age, but as i’vet noticed with my lineage, their DNA did not resolve this issue of their fat pads either even past the age of their 30s. I’ve also heard some people say to just max out collagen and that it could tigthen skin? Idk. What are ya’lls thoughts? Included photos of my skull to show I’m not coping lol. Also if the mandible looks recessed that’s only because for the imaging to be done, my mouth had to be open making my bite look worse than it actually is. And hes
I am aware of the minor overjet. I could get that fixed but it makes my lips JUICY fucking kek. Okay anyways, answers regarding fixes for the malar pad? I’m rather certain that cheekbone insertions will on further push down on the medial fat instead of grabbing it upwards towards it’s correct lateral positioning. Also if I have grammar mistakes that’s just because I was to lazy to go back and fix if. Anyways, wishing you all the best in happiness and healthiest from an unc on this forum.

TL;DR malar fat pads sits too low. Likely not structural. What do? No to filler and apprehensive to bone insertions. Would rather take advantage of my current skull if possible.

Seems aqualyx+fat graft is a cheaper and easier sollution

Trying to still look young. Seems my fat isn’t large but rather sits medially rather than laterally. I’ve heard some people say malar lifts but that seems to be more of an old person surgery. However when I do lift from the sides of my eyes, it does appear to pull the fat laterally exposing my cheekbones without gauntimg my face

Right but these two in combination gives the same effect, it will appear as if your fat distribution just changed a bit

Got it. How would you do it? Are there any threads you could point me to? Also wha would you ask regarding the fat grafting when getting it done?

No this is theoretical

Dissolve a bit the fat pad and put fat above where it sits now for a nee higher set fat pad

Could you please explain in a bit more detail? I didn’t entirely understand because I’m kind of retarded.

So if the malar fat pad is at x height, you can drag it up 1cm so the pad is now at x+1+(x+1)

You can also just remove it and add a new one higher so x-x+(x+1), same result in the end
