I Always have eye bags . I usd concealrr but it looks cakey . I use my la roche posay tinted daycream but both dont look to good . Whats the best morning routine so my make up looks glowy whats the best glow produtcs and routine and what should i usd for eyebrows and eye area ? ( products)

Azelaic acid or tretinoin can help if your dark circles are just caused by hyperpigmentation. If they're structural, surgery is pretty much the only real fix. Is your makeup looking bad because of the wrinkles under your eyes, or is it something else?
