kinda depends on your spine, idk what to say besides gh. I also heard glucosamine or something can help with preventing height loss through gravity compression, so that could keep your neck as long as possible during the day

from the surface level research i've seen, you could start it later, and over time it would become mostly permanent, I dont think it adds real height though, maybe a little but I think it actually pushes the clavicles down slightly to get that height
