Bimaxfirstly i would like to begin with, if you know any ratingcels who can professionally rate a face with measures please ping them in the forum so that i know what i do to fix more things. secondly i want to know what orthodontic appliances i should use to help me ascend because ik i got flaws that ortho appliances can help me fix / or drugs such as steroids and hgh and etc to help me ascend. any other soft maxes that you can recommend me to do would be helpful. i’m not against the idea of surgery but it’s just that for now it’s off the table since im 15. i just want to know what i can do to naturally without surgery hit my best looking peak. and if you wish too make a morph please do so

- 90mg caffeine (espresso, green tea, dark chocolate)
- cardio and exercise (run 4+ miles a day)
- cut sugar
- 140oz of water
- cut processed food
- chew your food more
- eat a shit ton of protein
