What to do when love is not reciprocal?

One-sided love hurts. I'd rather be hated than not loved back.

talk it with your couple, see if she is willing to change or is having a personal problem, after this, 2 possible outcomes:
1. she changes for good, happy ending

2. she doesn't change and doesn't show willingness to change:
dump her, it's seriously not worth your tears and time, had a situation like that and she said millions of time she would change, she never did and when I dumped her she would continue promising to change and tried to negotiate to only distance for some time, didn't buy her disgusting lies anymore, now I may not have sex every weekend but I'm not mentally tortured everyday
