no I started today with probiotics and I do feel better but cramps are still there

maybe I should eat less "carefully" and just my regular diet like meat, yoghurt etc? rusk and tost didn't help me much

Whenever I ate or drank water I would shit the soul out of me shortly after, so don't even bother with what to eat, just don't consume anything before going out in public and don't stay for too long.
