What to eat when i crave sugar

I want to get lean and when I finish my meal I always have this pulsion to eat a dessert prolly because I did that all my life. What the fuck should I eat instead of crappy processed goyslop ?

I normally have some sugar-free jello with fat free greek yogurt and add some artificial sweetener.

I have the same feeling, I make a shake every night with my dinner and if I put enough ice it feels like a smoothie, I’ll paste a photo of the measurements but it’s just a cup of frozen berries lol all frozen fruits are a cheat code, you could litterly get a cup of frozen berries with just a shit load of ice and you got a smoothie. The Marcos of mine in specific is 40.1g protien and 495.1 cals btw

Yeah I'll try dates, I have never ate it before
Only problem is if your trying to lean out dried fruits (especially dates lol) have a ton of calories (also 1 tsp of butter is over 100 cals lol) if you want to eat dried fruits specifically may as well put the carbs and calories to use, I have 1 serving of apercots a day (only 6 lol) for 100 cals and 22 carbs before I workout (I also have 2 scoops of dextrose with my pre and one scoop with my electrolyte that I sip on while working out). If you want to eat something sweet i recommend doing it before working out so at the very least you replace your glycogen as you work out so it dosent just get digested and turned into fat. Dried fruits are so dense your basically eating suger and fiber lol.
