What to expect with a palate expander

Hello,

I will be picking up a palate expander in 2 days, and I want to know what to except. I want this to be realistic, and not luck based.

• Can it change my zygomatic structure?
• Can it widen my face noticeably?
• Can it change nose and mouth shape?

Also, is there any cream I can apply to my face that can tighten the skin enough to lift my lower lid, reducing scleral show?
