Symmetry on your right massater (might be skeletal issue). Get a canto and a upper lip filling. Ghk-cu could maybe help with the acne scars. Maybe some lemon bottles for those cheeks, 1ml each.

i believe the reason as to why his right masseter is asymmetrical and his upper lip seems weird is because he is making a weird facial expression.

Ive done the inverted filter and my masseters are uneven, my top lip is naturally that thin unfortunately.

well then fix ur left masseter, maybe caused by chewing on one side, I don't know your case. As for the upper lip - get fillers.
