Go to the dentist and get a palate expander, it will help a lot, nose breathe, fix your posture for good growth, but most importantly, hace good habits, with good habits comes good looks, try going to de gym or doing some combat sports so you make new friends, get a better physique and feel more fulfilled. Well both are good depending on what the problem is, if your jaw is recessed and your palate is narrow you'd need both. But if your palate width is good you'll only need a Herbst to align the Lower jaw with the upper

btw gng How do I get rid of my recessed maxilla (which im not sure is or not ) and those fold like thing nasolabial folds i guess idk
