Yeah they’ll probably put you on tret for a few months, and if you say it’s not working they’ll just increase your tret dose for another couple of months. It takes a while to get accutane legally prescribed which is really annoying.

what i did was microneedle my face with 1,5mm 2 days before so it looked even worse at the appointment. you can try to kind of aggrevate it before. The telling them you tried everything is also very good thats what i did too if they ask you specific shit make sure youre informed about the common ones before like epiduo tret etc. in case they ask why it didnt work. Also make sure that you dont exercise in a span of 72 hours before it, otherwise your creatine kinase levels can be elevated and the doc wont prescribe it. thats what happened to my friend most doctors dont know that their patients have to do a exercise pause to measure baseline creatine kinase levels. they mostly dont prescribe it to people who do loads of sports anyways so dont tell him that you exercise a lot. if you get it make sure to take desloradatine, omega 3, milk thistle/tudca ro reduce sides and increase effectiveness. Desloradatine is the most important one. domt buy from indiamart already tried that it will get seized bro i also got it prescribed in full 6 month cycle and now microdose from other source

trust me they dont check ur record, they are not even allowed to do it if its not in the same doctors office/hospital (in my country) theyll mostly trust you if you tell them that you tried that already but u have to be convincing. If they tell u about tret say that it was too harsh for u and that after trying it for 4 months it didnt work. Mostly they wont even question you after already simply telling them that it did not work for you. Maybe theyll try to get u on antibiotics like doxy or some other cope ones also just do the same thing there. Try to be really healthy until then so that your blood is good enough especiall liver enzymes not too high so defo dont drink the nights/weeks before. And also when you ask them about accutane make sure that you seem educated like tell them that you know about the extra sun protection, blood tests and possible elevated liver enyzmes u can also tell them that a friend of yours used it and it worked really well for them. For me personally accutane changed my life and i wish i woulve asked for it before they put me on all those cope creams and antibiotics that didnt do shit.
