mk has so many side effects that need to be constantly controlled by other supplement intake and is not worth taking if you're main goal from it is to achieve sleep quality

Same as how all drugs are sourced, Locally. Find a local drug dealer it isn't that hard. Hang around sketchy places and ask you'd be surprised how far that can go.
