yeah i am aware of that, i heard accutane makes the nose smaller too is that true?

gonna need surgery but its ok its a easy surgery if u arent a pussy youll get it and a lip lift then forget abt the forum maybe

yea ive been thinking abt it for some time im just glad i don’t have a fucking yam like some people i see but my nose still is kinda big but it’s wtv once i get it done ill forget i was ever here

Yeah, it's your main issue, bro. I'd say rn ur lmtn-hltn

with surgery if you fix the lip which shortens philtrum look and get nose fixxed youll be around mtn to hmtn if it goes well that alone is enough
