What training routine is optimal?

I see everyone say, ;"this routine is "
And never provide the ideal workout routine like wtf
 
Everyone's body is different and reacts differently to different training progams and it also depends how many times you can or want to go to the gym. But as a natural it's been proven it's best to train each muscle group atleast 2x a week. So the best progams you can follow are

Full body 3x week - upper lower 4x week - push/pull/legs upper lower 5x week - push/pull/legs and repeat 6x week

Alot of progams out there that have been proven just choose one and stop looking for the "perfect routine" it doesn't exist
