There shouldn't be any difference. Most hgh has the same origin(Chinah), wether they try to sell it overpriced or by prescription, it should be the same. Of course, pharma hgh is guaranteed to be legit, meanwhile generic hgh can be faked or underdosed. But there are various generic hgh sources here
