You don't, Both LR3 and DES are useless since both have 0 Binding Affinity Complex (Which is why LR3 stays in the body for so long, it can't bind to IGF1 cells to do anything).

bonemass is just a buzzword atp this is supposed to mean bone mineral density dont affect length or any visual thing(unless u have osteoporosis) the word you searching is periosteal apposition and Cortical tickning

It does, but not that good, just run Test or some SARM if you're scared of suppression, LR3 is not a first, nor second, nor third choice for anybody.
