you should be getting most vitamins and nutrients from food kid it won't make a difference in your daily life
food does most of the work but basic stuff is vitamin d, omega 3, protein, calcium is fine but don't expect magic

all of them, you need all vitamins and minerals to be healthy. but buying pills and abusing them can stress out ur liver, i would focus on eating most things naturally, and the things you cant get as easy should be supplemented.

supplementing d3 and k2 wont get you unlimited bonemass btw, only thing that will give you is Kidney Damage

The only thing you should supplement that you can get from foods is carotenoids, everything else just eat food

Don't buy vitamins get all your nutrients from food, for getting taller you will need hgh if your genetics are not giving you enough depending on your growth plates, and for overall health, exercise sleep enough eat healthy and drink a lot of water
