I take these supplements everyday after my meal.
• Potassium citrate 1000mg per pill (2x pills taken)
• Boron 9mg
• Zinc
• Omega 3 x Vitamin D 1000mg
• Creatine (5g after workout 3x a week)
• Moringa powder for additional calcium and other shit
At night:
Magnesium X potassium (250mg potassium per pack)
What should I add?
Here’s my struggles:
I go late to sleep (23:30-00:30)
I wanna get to 11-12%BF (currently at 13-15% aka average)
More bonemass development for future
