I'm taking vitamin d of course, also zinc and magnesium, I have a box of k2(natural) probably should take that as well, anything else?

Don't go overboard with vitamins. Usually they're just cope shit but my multi makes me feel better so I load up on my flintstones gummies and call it a day

Zinc I've heard is good to supplement but you need to take magnesium as well

K2 gets a lot of hype here
 
Personally I just take a multivitamin to fill in the gaps from my diet. Omega 3 is a good one though if you don’t eat at least one portion of oily fish per week. Also consider biotin for hair and skin.
 
I'll pick up vitamin c as well it seems

What about copper? Should I be taking it if I take zinc?
