mom 5’6 dad 5’11, 100% European specifically Eastern European and Irish.
13 4’11
14 5’5
15 5’9
16 (currently) 5’10.75

yeah you can imagine the bullying I got when I was 13 lmao. my growth plates are basically closed now so I’ll probably cap out at 5’11 which is fine considering my entire family thought I wouldn’t get past 5’5

not for norther indian genes, parents are short becuase of malnutrition but genetically we are affected by indo aryans thus making us taller than native indians

4f11-5ft0 at 14, 5ft5 at 15, 5ft6 at 16, 5ft7 at 17, 5ft8 at 18, 5ft9 at 19-21. Then for some reason i gained 1 more inch at 22-24, also my frame filled out quite a bit at 22-24, went from 63kg to 71kg. I'm 5ft10 age 47, 88kg.

yeah, and acne. i think taking accutane at 15 may have stunted my growth but who knows. either way it was worth it. id rather not have acne scars than be 6'4" with a disfigured face

Dont think so, i think since then ive maybe grown half an inch, maybe an inch but i dont think so,probs to optimistic,but thats just comparing to other people and i havent actually measured so i cant confirm,but i think im done growing since im 17 now

And i have short parents,dad 5'7(or so he claims) mom 5'2,5 so im atleast gratefull i atleast didnt end up a manlet

youll grow another inch I’d almost bet money on it also you have about 1-2 inches in height gain from just posture maxing stretch all the time sleep with pillow under lower back take msm to help spine you can make it to 5’10 than wear boots boom 6ft Yu made it
