What will correct my asymmetry

My face is severely asymmetrical, the whole right side of my face is shorter than my left. I have an inward gonion, hypertrophied massater muscle, and my cheekbone protruded too far laterally. I am recessed so I plan on getting bimax + genio, but would getting a gonion implant to match the left side of my face be a good option? I feel like the whole right side of my face is just wider but it’s rounded.

barely noticiable, you got bigger failos to fix. Although you can, potentially fix asymmetry with bimax but not sure if its worth it.

Yes I know my eyes are pretty bad, however I feel like if I correct my recession I can focus on my eyes

yep focus on the bigger failos first, if you try to fix every little thing that's how you get botched or bogged.
