I'd be rich if I had a nickel for every implants + fighting thread. Note that if something is strong enough to dislodge or break your implant there's a good chance it's strong enough to break or dislodge your actual bones implants or not. If you're worried about the one off chance of a fight then don't worry too much about it. But if you want to pursue boxing as a hobby/career path then I'd recommend against implants as the posts above suggest.
