Well i dont mean not eat anything. I dont even know what my maintenance calories are rn since i can eat almost nothing for days and not lose weight. Do you think a lean natural pretty boy look is achievable? Im not going to train either

Body composition will change up to a point. Basically, you could maybe get to something stupid like 5% bf while maintaining your current body weight, if you blasted test.

Normally that wouldn't be possible because cutting down too lean would tank your natural hormone production.
