What will rpe and facemask actually do

Im 14,and I have somewhat of a flat maxilla with terrible infrairbitals.will getting an rpe and a facemask project my infraorbitals like it does with my maxilla or no?

As for rpe, it mostly just widens the maxilla, it indirectly helps a little with ccw rotation so you'll have a little more projected mandible and so on, but very little. As for the face mask, best you can get is a few mm of advancment, which will help, but not by a lot. If your infaorbitals are recessed and your maxilla is flat, it will only help a bit and make a noticeable aesthetic difference, but it won't fix the entire problem, only optimise it. To fix it entirely you can only get surgery and implants
