What workout routine should i follow (resistance training)

I do inject testosterone but i haven't found a workout routine yet, give me some tips.

Work on chest and back and arms

Do lat pull downs, bench presses, incline dumbell press, triceps press downs, dead lifts, bicep curls. Do that all 2 days in a week till failure and you are good.

Push pull and maybe legs if you feel like it, thats ideal
