-sitting lateral raise
-dumbbell shoulder press
-rear delt cable fly
-lateral cable delt raise


Also did some forearms
behind back barbell curl and farmer carry

That’s a lotta volume ngl

Me personally I js do like 2 sets of lat raises :Hmmge:

I do upper body eod tho

No point of doing both , both solid options just save your energy and time next time :)
