What works did Adriana Lima done to her face?

She looks like an ape here, looks like crazy overbite or some sort. Her teeth are also very bad.
If she had orthodontics done, looks like it didn't recessed her one bit, and hugely improved her face profiles.

idk about back then, i think natural. but as she has "aged" she has filler maxed and now looks bloated filler creature.
