Tbh I do PPL but I go easy

Push - Bench 3x3 maybe
Ohp - 3x3
and neck back and forward extension

Pull- pullups 3x8
Rows 3x5

Legs - neck back and forward extensions
And light machine leg curls

No squats nor dl
