If you wanna get low bf diet is not that important calories are more
im 13% rn im pretty sure, i just wanna know the best diet to maintain it/ get lower rn i just eat 1 meal daily of plain chicken breast i wanna add some stuff with the meal just not sure what to add
 
just make sure u eat enough you are still growing

yeah with some other stuff very rarely but only chicken breast and some fruit i wanna start having steak again but it always turns out shit
 
Well I suggest you to eat a natural diet with good carb, meat and vegetables with also fruit

At 15 you need to eat enough fat for hormonal balance. You are stunting your growth and wasting puberty for almost no reason. You can eat enough fats while staying lean if you lift and do enough cardio

Bro you need to add a variety of foods you are still developing please don't do this shit diets, add eggs milk steak or some fat meat you're hormones need fat to work, also add a good carb source like potato rice sauerkraut fruit honey, you need all the food to properly develop you're bones, if you fuck now you're fucked for the rest of your life

mct oil, L carnitine, diuretics
 
find maintanance and eat maintance its not that hard :lul: or stay in a slight surplus

I would imagine a lean bulk or eating at maintainenance while prioritizing body recomp being the best for you

Low bf is easy to maintain once you get there unless you're a fat lazy fuck. You don't need to do anything special to maintain it.
