What would be the perfect ammount of cals fir a 16 yr old, i eat atleast 12 eggs daily and a pound of red meat and the rest are fruit and honey carbs but idk how else i can improve

5’8.5 135 Lbs 1650 cals but i do cardio 6-7 days a week and run PPL 1 rest day a weekwtf is this question man? it depends on your height and TDE
