It says not to eat more than 200 gms a day as it's high in fat but isn't milk fat healthy idk why would healthy fat cause heart problem

I expected you were smarter, but lemme explain your body prioritizes carbs over fat for energy so if you consume your carbs and add fat you gain fat weight, but if you're on a ketogenic diet aka high fat low carbs you won't gain weight since your body is always running out of energy so it burns the fat

you don‘t need more than 20-30g fat a day
Only if he roids he needs ~40g fat a day since you don’t need to produce your own hormones. High dietary fat is necessary for naturals since they have to produce their own hormones, and dietary fat is the building block to creating hormones. 20g is no where near enough JFL. Not to mention that most vitamins are fat soluble. Nuke your Test levels theory.

Saturated fats like animal fats dairy fats coconut oil it raises test and makes u primal

Ideally animal fats (so butter, fat from meat like beef or bacon etc, eggs, cheese if you tolerate etc), but anything is better than processed bs.

My post is also not saying he should be cutting out carbs completely, they are useful as a quick energy source which is beneficial for the gym/workouts and increases performance.

Other than that they aren’t useful and don’t contain nearly as much nutrient density as animal food sources.

Why? You don't have any other food? I eat up till 300g a day usually, not more
I only eat chicken and rice everyday whenever I eat cottage cheese it feels so heavy on stomach idk I think I'm lactose intolerant but I do consume yogurt everyday with no issues
