What would happen if i were to take extra calcium and vitamin d supplements im 13

Im wondering would it be pointless to take 2pills instead of one cause i usually only take one calcium and vitamin d supplement a day but if i started taking 2 would it help anything at all in growing and getting enough nutrients

Only vitamin D is necessary other supplements are cope unless your genetically deficient

You're too young for this bullshit without a doubt. Of course, you don't explode if you take extra supplements, but most supplements are cope unless you don't have normal levels of said thing.

You can take them, but focus on eating well and exercising if you want to develop the best way you can.
