What would happen to a steroid user if he were arrested?

Regarding post-cycle therapy (PCT), I see many experts here on the forum saying that PCT is stupid, but let's say I've been using 500mg of testosterone for 15 years, meaning I don't abuse it, and one day I explode in anger, invade the American Congress and end up killing 3 senators linked to Israel and the Epstein case. Then they send me to jail and I'm sentenced to 5 years in prison in a Latin American jail or Guantanamo. Will I wither away? Will my testosterone really return? Or rather, how long will I be in that mini "depression" of stopping hormone use while my axis restarts, and does my axis really manage to restart?

At worst, I'll have shitty meals every day, a little bit of sunbathing, and maybe I'll get to practice calisthenics in jail.

Seriously? It's really not the big deal that many doctors talk about, like "whoever uses steroids once has to use them forever and you'll be a slave to needles forever."
