rhino is preferred after bimax (post the results tho)

orbital rims and/or zygo implants

your nose shape mogs mine to gandy and back. maybe if theres a way to make it slimmer take your chances but thats about it

Some cream (idk the name) works for sliming it down but you cant fix the bone without hardmax
