80% of this forum are gym and steroid copers unfortunately. So I just wanted to see how their delusion would stack up to this

Biggest cycle was 650mg test and 800mg deca for 16 weeks. Added mass but in the end it was all fat and my lifts did not increase.

First starting steroids put like 10kg of lean mass on me after being stuck for years though

Your training/eating wrong then. Makes absolutely no sense to start a cycle and not gain muscle and strenght. I bet your one of the guys that shit on „optimal lifters“ to train old school aka 5000 sets per workout because they don’t listen to science

I’ve tried scientifically optimised routines, read a lot of research papers. Tracked all calories and macros.

At this point I suspect some obscure micronutrient deficiency that’s not been obvious in my blood tests.

No matter what I do, my muscles seem very reluctant to hypertrophy any further.

I look like 30 at 17 and am gymmaxxed i wouldnt go for the change exceot i become better looking

Hormone levels?
 
Why not? So, if I want to look younger then I must have to leave the gym? Isn´t excersice a must go for anti aging?
Mainstream Exercise is not natural nor healthy and ages you a lot long term
