im at tanner stage 3.8 rn almost 15 bit late puberty what would you take in my situation

Not to smart on the topic but id personally take aromatase inhibitors to keep growth plates open for as long as possible. I couldnt tell you the side effects though so you can take a look at that. Obviously HGH thats just common knowledge if you can take any of those. For softmaxxes like vitamin d3+k2 and a calcium carbonate supplement, would help. I dont know though im still looking at shit i could definitely be wrong

thanks man, i really need to fix my sleep schedule too i realize after reading so many threads how important it is
