I don't think you can increase the amount of androgen receptors per se, but I think you can increase sensitivity. Microplastics are one of the main culprits in reducing androgen sensitivity (I don't remember the exact number, but it was very high like 60%).is it all genetic or can i change the androgen receptors
It matters. Also normal levels is considered 300-900 or some shit, but anything below 300 and you're able to be diagnosed as "low T". So if you're 299 ng/dl, that's diagnosable as "low T". At that point, 300 is still low T regardless of whether it's considered normal or not. I think you want to reach higher around 500 and then that would be normal. You could also have a vitamin deficiency, but I doubt it since testosterone fluctuates (your test could have went up since your last test then down then back up and so on).
