cause i get sunburnt quite easily but i also want the vitamin d and testosterone and such

No you said overexposure dumbass, you don't realize that being in the sun continually without sunscreen, will cause skin damage and aging much quicker, it builds up
 
Do you live somewhere more south, your ancestors should be adjusted to scandinavian sun so i shouldn't cause damage unless you live in a lower latitude

yeah your body cant absorb pills, and the vitamin d in the sun causes higher test, i think, something in it does, i disagree with you, but i am going to like your respone so you get closer to 1488 reputation
just use suncream your body can most definitely absorb the pills if you get the right ones for example magnesium is often trash in pill form but that is mainly due to many of them just being shit quality magnesium glycinate however works. same goes for vitamin d however they both work vitamin d3 is a lot more effective than vitamin d2

Dude i’m literally arguing that vit D supplements have higher bioavailability, you actual buffoon. Obviously there’s different levels of absorption, the vitamin D itself is still the same. If i can get my vitamin D through the sun, thats great and i wouldn’t need supplements. If i can’t, i would need supplements. That doesn’t make the vitamin D in the supplement better or worse.

And tbh, i don’t see any problems with whey, rice, olive oil and pills lmao. Unless you can provide evidence that a diet based on supplements would be worse, which you can’t lol

Find me a study then showing that healthy adults, eating mostly pills/supplements with minimal whole foods, are even closely as healthy compared to those on whole food diets, because they're not.

That doesn’t make the vitamin D in the supplement better or worse
Vitamin D supplementation is not free, isnt fda regulated (could have other toxins), and the sun has other theruaptic effects (like releasing nitric oxide, which helps with blood pressure, and improves mood with serotonin)

unless you're Vitamin D deficient Vitamin D you'll receive will not raise your testosterone beyond it's genetic cap. I suggest you wear Sunscreen SPF60 unless you want to fuck up your collagen
