It’s all mental at the end of the day

Some might say iq is everything or looks are everything

But in my opinion mental health is above all. Shit mental health — shit self esteem and self perception. It’s unfortunate because many people here think that once they ascend that’s only when life starts. When in reality you still won’t be satisfied with your looks and who you are as a person until you fix your mentality and perception on life. You will never be able to fully accept who you are and will forever be insecure.
